As BYEOS doesn't address or utilize anything outside of the DSLR (except to connect to PHD2 for Dither support), there would be no issue with BYEOS and a DSLR that happened to be mounted on a Hyperstar Lens.

DSLRs have been used successfully in Hyperstar configurations, but do realize that the DSLR has a rather large and non-symmetrical profile that can reduce the Contrast of resulting Images.  And, sometimes cause unusual Diffraction effects...

Question, is BYEOS compatible with the Starizona "Hyperstar lens with it's f-2 f-3 speed, in all aspects of use? Imaging, Frame&Focus, Drift Alignment etc. And will it do processing of the final product as well?

I'm not even sure what you mean by that?  sorry <_>

There are several applications for processing of raw images. They include, but are not limited to PixInsight, Maxim DL, Nebulosity, AstroArt, ImagesPlus, CCDStack 2, Photoshop.  These applications do not have the same capabilities or strengths, or weaknesses.  However they do all have steep learning curves.  Many people use more than one of them to put together a final image.
