Taskbar Icon Configured With Minimize Action

Currently, the BYE TaskBar Icon supports the Action to "Restore to Foreground" when the TaskBar Icon is Clicked.  But it doesn't support the "Minimize" Action when the TaskBar Icon is Clicked while the App is already the Foreground App.

 

This minor lack is a bit "non-standard" for Windows App UI, and becomes a bit of a frustration when one wants to uncover a different App which is hidden behind BYE (especially if that other App is poorly behaved when it is in turn "Restored to Foreground" - AstroPlanner has that unfortunate distinction...)

This is fixed in BYE 3.1.6 and BYN 1.0.4.

I think that BYE's behavior is as expected for a borderless form (FormBorderStyle = None).
