Canon 90d

Good morning

This happened to me the last time that I upgraded and I forget what the workaround to it was.

The program opens only in night time red mode and will not recognise my 90d.

Eos utility was not running.

Would you please once again help me out?

What version of BYE are you running?

When you say "The program opens only in night time red mode " do you mean that the Night Vision button in the upper right does not switch to Daylight mode?

Does Windows see the 90D in the Device Manager?

Your install issue was resolved with the version 3.2.0 release.

A camera not being recognize is typically not an install issue, I'm a bit confused with this.

Typically this is due to Windows not seeing the camera, be it a driver issue or otherwise.

Wasn't there an install issue with 3.1.18 that caused some people's settings not to be saved? That caused the program to default to Night Vision mode every time they started the program. It could also cause the program to default to the wrong SDK each time it was launched, if it was configured to remember the choice.

Yes, and it was caused by the StructureMap issue in 3.1.18.
