The issue does not appear to be related to the ASCOM Platform. BYE uses MoveAxis calls. It can be somewhat tricky to use only the axis rates that the driver supports. Some mounts, for example, can support any axis rate between 0 and 5 deg/sec. BYE handles these rates just fine. However, in the past BYE has had problems when a driver supports a list of discrete rates, like 16X sidereal, 64X sidereal, 5 deg/sec. etc.

This does not appear to have been addressed in v 3.2.0 RC6.

If you're looking at centering object I recommend you download 3.2.0.RC from the pre-release section and use the platesolve feature instead for centering.
