can't connect to new 800D

Hi all.

I have just purchased a 800D and can't connect.

byeos version is 3.1.3 premium

The log is as follows

Please be more specific. We need the full version number of BackyardEOS you are using.

Please clarify, do you have the 600D or 800D? Your messate says 600D but your log clip shows 800D.

Can you please provide more details?

Which version did you upgrade to? If you upgraded to 3.1.18 perhaps you could upgrade to the 3.2.0 pre-release (go to the Downloads page and select Pre-Releases on the right hand menu.

You see the driver selection dialog, but there are no listed drivers? Did you try re-installing BYE?

Why can't you toggle to the Daylight view? It is just a button press (the Night Vision button in the upper right of the main screen).

This is an install issue.  Re-install and you should be fine.

Alternatively, if re-installing does not work, you can download and install 3.2.0 in the pre-release section, I have made a few changes in the installer in an attempt to address these installation issues.

Do an uninstall and then a re-install. I had the exact same issue, and a full uninstall / reinstall fixed it.

thanks for the responses folks. much appreciated.

I have downloaded 3.1.18 a couple of times and restarted, I can't get 3.2 to download.

Still no change, ie. the driver selection window is blank and the night/day vision toggle button is stuck on night vision.

Apologies I'm not too good with these things, I rely on you guys to get me sorted 🙂

Did you restart your computer?

Anyone logged into the site should be able to download 3.2.0.

Here is a direct link. Let me know if you still can't download.
