V1.0.5 Not slewing CEM60

nxda

Question

Since installing V1.0.5 I have lost the ability to slew my iOptron CEM60 from within the app. Anyone else?

The odd thing is I reinstalled V1.0.4 and I still can't slew the mount. I cannot think of anything that has changed.

You have the Premium version of BYN??  One would assume so from "used to work".  Please make sure that you activated your v1.0.5 Install with your Premium key...

Beyond that, all that BYN provides is a Generic ASCOM Interface.  Everything else comes from your setup of ASCOM Drivers and Apps, and Cabling and Mount...

More info... So I was on V1.0.2 not V1.0.4 and slew control was fine... a little slow, but fine. I updated to V1.0.5 and although BYN said I was connected... the mount would not move. With the roll back to V1.0.4 the issue remains. The only thing that changed on my dedicated astro laptop was this update.

Is it reasonable to assume that if there was an ASCOM issue BYN wouldn't show it as being connected?

Again, any help here is appreciated.
