Question

The filenames generated for my images are not the same as I specified in the settings.

Filename preview from settings:  M33_LIGHT_300s_1600iso_2016011011h18m31s88611h18m31s886-11f00014.cr2

This is what I get:  M31_LIGHT_120s_800iso_+5c_20160107-21h45m49s719ms.cr2

Any help would be appreciated.

Jeff

Is your complaint that you're trying to set a Filename which has BOTH the <timestamp> and the <sequence> fields??

In reality that it appears you have specified:

<target>_

<frametype>_

<duration>s_

<ISO>_

<date>

<time>

<time>

<temperature>

<sequence>

Note: you've doubled-up the <time>...

Is it simply possible that you have failed to use the Save buttons??

Or perhaps that you have 2 BYE Windows open, and were expecting the settings that you posted in one to be applied to both??

Or, did you perhaps change the Destination Directory - by also selecting one of the Sub-folder settings - such that you're now looking in the Wrong Location?? (Your "what I get" filename shows a file 3 days OLDER than the "Preview from Settings" filename...)
