I can't see the version without opening it Rick but it is the one that comes with the paid upgrade.

It is a new load for W/8.1 but it was working on my previous pc

Will I have to get thefree trial again?

did you happen to see the post  I placed on general concerning message I receive when trying to open bye

Thanks for the reply Rick, bob

Perhaps you can provide a few more details about the steps that you are taking to perform your "New Installation".

You don't have to provide Screenshots or Verbatim Message Selections, but if you can provide the general "flow" of your Installation Process, then we can work to identify where it might be Going Wrong.

I am not real computer savvy. I deleted the old bye and installed a new one.

It is there but won't open. same message,

thanks, bob

Reinstall again... but this time when the installer ask you for an installation folder, don't use the default, select a new folder.  That should work.

Keep us posted,
