License Key Validation

Question

I'm moving to a new windows 10 computer, so downloaded the latest installation version BackyardEOS 3.2.1 2020-12-03, got the validation box, copied my paid license key from the orders section of my account and entered into validation box, also entered my identifier, the validation box just sets there, no ok button, I press enter and nothing, no error message, can go no further into BYEOS, the validation boxes just sits there. Perplexed as this does not seem  like the other validation errors that have been posted recently. BYEOS version 3.1.5 Premium ran fine on my previous windows 10 laptop with this key and identifier.

Please provide full version number as indicated in orange banner at the top.  I found over the years that saying 'latest version' is not always the case.  Knowing the full version removes all doubt and will add good context for anyone reading this thread 6 months from now.

That is correct but I resolved the issue by lowering the "Scale and Layout" windows setting long enough to see the entire dialogue button. I was seeing a small dialog box which showed no validate button. The box was cut off below "name your". Feel free to close this post.
