BYE 3.1 Not Accepting Generated Key

I just upgraded to 3.1 Premium and when I start up 3.1 its not accepting the generated volume license key.  I am in the process of packing up so I can go out tonight.  Has anybody successfully upgraded to 3.1?

 

If necessary I can use the old 3.0.3 release.

 

FYI - Norton360 flags BYE 3.1 as an "WS.Reputation.1" HIGH security risk.  You will need to work around this.

No problem here...I followed the instructions and got BYE 3.1 up and running in no time.

I just removed the 3.1 release and reinstalled it.  Its up and running now.  Not sure why the other installation had problems.

The Identifier is case sensitive and must match 100% your actual login name you use here on O'Telescope.

 

You were using "jtwaters" whereas you should be using "JTWaters".

 

That should do it
