The short answer is NO... and this is clearly indicated on the download page and also as a sticky post in the BackyardEOS forum.

This has been discussed many times before, a simple forum search with keyword MAC would have given a lot of information.

This has been asked and answered many times over the years. The bottom line is that writing a native Mac version would not be able to leverage any of the .NET code. It would be a complete re-write and there are just not enough potential users for the authors to justify the expense of writing the new code from scratch. Again, a quick search of the forum archives would have answered the question.
