Just got a new PC and want to upload a copy of Backyard EOS.  I own a license to the original version plus an upgrade as well.  How can I retrieve my license number and what is the process for downloading it to my new PC.  I loaded the trial version and secured a temporary registration number.  I had tried to insert my original registration license but it was rejected as being too short.  How do I fix this issue

Use Copy and Paste to transfer your license key from the My Purchases area of this web site to the BYE License Validation dialog. Don't try to manually type the key.

Please follow the upgrade instructions here, select the upgrade tab and the instructions on how to upgrade are there.

You currently have the 3.0 Classic edition so you'll need that key as it contains your upgrade coupon info.

Go to our store and add BackyardEOS Classic in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  Use your upgrade coupon (as per upgrade instructions above) on the checkout page for your free upgrade to BackyardEOS 3.1.
 
You can use your coupon with BackyardEOS 3.1 Premium Edition as well but you will have to pay the difference.
