BYE only downloads RAW when both RAW and JPEG checked

I'm running BYE 3.1.17 on windows 10 with and EOS 6Dii.  I like to download both RAW and JPEG versions so I can look at images with software that doesn't recognize CR2 files.  I have checked RAW and JPG under "Quality" in Settings and have set RAW and JPG on the camera, but BYE still only downloads CR2 files.  What am I doing wrong?

First, this post should be in the Backyard EOS forum, not the Backyard Nikon forum. I expect that Guylain will move it.

Also, be sure that you are running 3.1.17 RC2 version of the software.

You may need to send Guylain a log file (not all of them, just one) that shows the issue. There is a post near the top of the How To forum that describes how to send him log files.

Some models won't do both at the same time, it's either or.  Though I'm pretty sure the 6D Mk II should do both.

Send me the log file and I should be able to tell you if the Canon SDK fires both events, one for each file.
