Won't load

I tried to load your backyard Nikon trial version, and I kept getting an error message.  You told me to reload the new version, I tried but it told me I have already down loaded  and can not down load another.  I wanted to try out your program, guess it's not for me.

You can download a gazillion times if you want; there are no restrictions on the number of time you can download.  Can you elaborate?

Well I went back and tried again and it did down load, sorry my mistake.  I did down load your latest version 2.0.9 and I'm still getting the error message "Opps this is embarrassing an unhandled ect... Sir I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Okay, is this the same error as before?  Just trying to get the the root cause.  

Send me the full log file, I may be able to tell you more with the log file.

Got the log files.

Crap, it really is a missing font issue.  I thought I had removed all reference to this font some 2 years ago

Let me see if I can send you the fonts to install, this may fix it.

Actually you are missing the Arial Regular font on your computer, this should be there by default unless someone removed it over the years.

The Arial font is a default font.  It affect those that have removed that font from their computer.

I doubt that users have removed the Arial font from their computers. More likely a bum install of Windows or a problem with Windows Update. The font files are likely in the C:\Windows\winsxs (side-by-side) folder.

The only place I use that font is for the 3 liner message area.  I needed a small compact font and the Arial font displays well in that confined space.  Aside from that it is not used anywhere else.

This has been a perennial problem for Windows users in general and the OP can find solutions by googling something like "missing Arial regular font".
