If I remember correctly from helping a friend from a couple of years ago, the Canon SDK required a specific in-camera save option in order to download the images to the PC.

What I remember is that only those image types that are saved to the CF Card can be downloaded with BYE. My friend changed his "Record func." to Standard and the Record/play option to [1]. This would store both RAW and JPG to the CF card. It would also allow BYE to download both image types.

Other things to check...

1) Make sure that BYE is configured to download images to the PC

2) Make sure that BYE's Download Folder exists and is accessible. It should be an internal, always available, hard drive.

3) Temporarily disable your anti-virus software...Some A/V programs can block images from being downloaded.

I hope this helps.
