BYEOS on two computers

mike4packers

Question

I have purchased BYEOS Premium on my primary computer but wishing to control two cameras for the eclipse Monday.  I then made mistake of downloading a trial version to old Mac before discovering not compatible.  Next idea was to download to wife's computer but saw a warning about downloading multiple trials.  So now I'm stuck on what to do(?)  What are my options?   Are customers permitted to run a purchased BYEOS on two computers?  If so, I don't know how to find my product key on my existing copy.

Please advise.  Thanks!

You are doing it wrong!  That warning is when you are going to the store and trying to get a second trial key by adding a trial again in your cart... this is not allowed.

Since you already have an account and trial... just download it again on the other computer and use the same key.

HOWEVER, you can only have it running on one computer at a time without violating the EULA.  If it will run on more than one computer at a time you need to purchase additional license.

Hope this helps,

BUT, you can control 2 cameras from the same computer at the same time by using two instances of BYE. When you installed BYE, two separate executables are installed. This is the only way that you can run 2 instances of BYE at the same time with only a single license. If you want to run BYE on 2 or more computers at the same time you need to purchase a license for each PC.

Click on the ? button at the right side of the BYE title bar. This launches the PDF user guide which contains the end-user license agreement.

You can find your license key by clicking on the My Purchases tab at the top if this web page and selecting the Orders option.
