I just downloaded BYE 3.1.13 and here is what I found with my testing.

New Feature: Canon 77D support - unable to test this feature unless someone wants to send me a 77D...<BG>

Bug Fix: Out-of-Memory bug fix in Frame&Focus when moving the zoombox on still images. On my Win7 x64 system I never got the out-of-memory error, but what I do see is that the working set of BYE increases substantially while the zoom box is unlocked. Before the test the working set was 180 MB but unlocking the zoom box while viewing a still image caused the working set to start ramping up. It grew to over 1100 MB before resetting back to a lower number. There may still be room for improvement here. This may only be noticeable for 32-bit Windows versions.

Bug Fix: Taking snap images in Frame&Focus would never end.  This bug was introduced in 3.1.12 and is now fixed. This appears to have been fixed.

Change: Performance improvement when saving images to card.  Time between images is now down to about 1.5 to 1.8 seconds.  You need a fast saving card. This change resulted in a 53% reduction in the time to execute a capture plan of 12 exposures with times varying from .5 seconds down to 1/4000th second when saving the images to a fast (100MB/s) memory card. This is great news for eclipse imagers!

Change: Removed the (DISCONNECTED) label from the application title.  Some users where reading DISCONTINUED and sent some pretty nasty emails: Since installing BYE 3.1.13 I have not gotten any nasty emails <G>

One other item that appears to have been fixed is that I now have a complete list of values in the Frame & Focus Shutter dropdown with BYE 3.1.13. With 3.1.12 I only showed BULB in the dropdown. This one is important because that shutter value controls LiveView Exposure Simulation.

Thanks, Guylain and Chris!
