D7000 longest exposure time setting changes to 1/30sec

first, max exposure time is 30 sec. After focussing, using live view, max 1/30sec is available unless i disconnect and re-connect my D7000 again.

Hello i have the same problem, when i set on bulb mode andi  clic on  capture i have only a sound ma no shot... i am wrong in something?.

Instead if i use the max time 30" it works.

Sorry, I don't understand.  1/30 is or is not available?

I think he said that when BYN starts he can set 30 second exposures, but something happens with use that makes the longest exposure be 1/30th of a second.
