I'm no longer receiving Forum update notifications

Some time last month I stopped receiving email notifications of the forum topics being updated. I have selected to follow various of the forums and sub-forums but no longer receive email notification when they are updated or new topics are added.

 

I suspect it may be something I've done, or not done, and it is only recently I've noticed the lack of emails as I frequently just open my browser and click on the direct link into the support home page.

 

Is it still possible to receive the notifications and if so how do I set my account up to send them out please?

My hosting provider had to restore the site on a new server this weekend; the new server probably has the email configured properly.  The same happend to me so I guess it is the same for everybody.

I have no idea why but I started receiving emailed updates again at 04:39 (GMT) yesterday (Sunday)! I have received updates again today.

I have seen no change in the notifications that I am receiving.

 

You should probably confirm yours.  Click on your user name at the top right of this page. Drill down into "My Settings" and "Notification Options".  Make sure that the settings are to your liking.

Thanks Rick. I have been through the settings and changed a few to see if I start to receive notifications but as far as I can tell I should have been receiving them!

Have you checked your spam folder?

 

Maybe your email provider decided they were spam?

Nothing has changed on the server on my side.

Messages are not being received by my email system, in spam folders or otherwise.

 

I look to be signed up for email notifications for a number of forums, and this specific thread - nothing received when it was updated with replies!

 

In MS Outlook on this PC I received update notifications almost every day up until the 1st of October, none since.

 

The two updates to this thread where both in the notification area of the forum (icon top right).
