Probably not your A/V software. If it was it would affect every image download.

Please provide more details about your setup and workflow.

  • Which version of BYE?
  • What camera model?
  • What exposure parameters?
  • Are the images stored to the PC only?
  • Is it repeatable? What are the steps to cause it to occur?
  • How are you powering the camera? battery or A/C?
  • What type of telescope/mount are you using?
  • Is the camera at prime focus?
  • What error(s) do you see?

We are not looking over your shoulder and only know what you tell us, so please be specific.
