Trial license extension.

Hello, would it be possible to obtain a 30 day extension of my trial version of Backyard EOS for Cannon cameras?

Further, are the fees quoted for the licences payable on an annual basis, or are they on a one time basis only?

I just archived your trial key.  Go ahead and add it again to your cart and proceed to checkout for a second 30-day trial.

Hello, I have tried to activate the software using the previous licence key (it was in the window by default) and the new one that was displayed once I proceeded to the cart.  Neither one worked.  Are you able to assist?  Thank you.

Please ensure you copy/paste your key and identifier directly from the "My Purchases -> Orders" page.

NOTE: Your identifier is NOT your full address, it is missing the "om" at the end of the ".com", so make sure you don't add the "om".

Please disregard my previous message.  I believe the problem was with an incorrect entry of my user name.  The last 2 letters were cut off in the cart window for some reason and when I input the exact user name as it appears in the cart window the software worked.  Thank you.
