Premium key no longer valid?

Hi

 

I purchased the premium version some time ago, recently I decided to update as I noticed there was a new version available, however me email address is no longer recognised and when I download the trial version I cannot enter my previous licence key as it seems to be too short

 

Obviously something has changed since I last visited but my license was supposed to a lifetime one so I should be able to update

 

Can you help me resolve this?

Hi Tom,

I replied to your email as well.  The key you provided by email is *not* a valid key, and I see the account you are using just now is a new account you just created.

You obviously purchased using a different account, you need to log into that account to retrieve your purchased key, and since the key you provided in the email is not even a valid software key, I'm not even able to perform a search to see if I can figure out the account it is tied to.

PS: never post your key in a public forum, including this one. You did the right thing by sending it by email initially, and not posting it here

I just tried to reply to your email with a screen shot of my account which shows up when I open up the software 

 

I did try to recover my password but the webpage said my email wasn’t recognised so I set up a new account to contact you 

In the screen shot the serial numbers is the same as the one as in my original message

Keys purchased before 2015 are not online.  You need to follow the upgrade instructions, link on the web page footer, you already everything you need to upgrade your key.

The key you sent by email *is* your free upgrade coupon; please follow the instructions and the system should be able to issue you an upgraded key you can use with the latest release.

Problem is my original account using the same email address doesn’t seem to be active as the system said my email address wasn’t registered so I made a new account. Will I still be able to update  ? 
 

I didn’t use it for a few years as I only picked up interest again when I retired

Did you really publish your key for all to see? Even after being told not to do that?
