I currently use BYEOS on my old Windows XP laptop, but would like to now transfer to a newer laptop running on Windows 10. I have tried to purchase the latest version of BYEOS but it will not allow me because I still use my existing email address. Can you please advise me what to do?

Keith,

It is stated in the End User License Agreement that you can install BYE on multiple computers as long as you only use it on one at a time.

This means that there is no need to purchase another copy if you are retiring the XP laptop. Just download the latest BYE onto the new computer and entire your license key into the License Validation dialog when prompted. The key is available on this web site under My Purchases | Orders after you have logged onto the site with the username that was used to purchase the license. The Identifier is your case sensitive username.

You're already logged in to the website since you were able to post this message. Just access "My Purchases -> Orders" from the top menu and your key/identifier is there

Thanks I have now managed to download the latest version on to my Windows 10 laptop.The only problem being I can only seem to get the screen in the Red view, I usually work in the normal view..
