Licence Key/Identifier Error

Hi, Please forgive me if I have posted this question in the wrong place, I'm new...

I wanted  to try BYE, signed up, downloaded the required files and registered for Licence Key and Identifier, Tried numerous times to enter the codes, "The specified service does not exist as an installed service" is the error I keep getting.

Can you please advise/ issue new (working) codes so I can decide whether to purchase premium or not?

What version of Windows are you running? This seems like a Windows problem since I do not believe that BYE has any "installed services".

What version of BYE did you download? It must be the latest with the trial. Fur full set of numbers please.

It may help for you to provide a screenshot of the error, especially if it is being displayed by Windows rather than by BYE.

Thanks for the assistance. I've solved the problem, I tried latest version on new Dell XPS running Windows 11. Sorted. Cheers.

I would guess that most users of BYE and BYN are running on Windows 10, so it would seem that since nobody else has reported your issue that it is a problem that is related to just your Windows 10 installation. I mention this in case this system is actually where you would prefer to run BYE.
