Which version of BYE are you running? It is always important to include this in any problem report; please include the entire version number, like 3.2.2.

While your issue does not seem to be related to your camera, you should always include the camera model in your problem report. This lets us confirm that your camera is a supported model of Canon EOS DSLR and also allows us to let you know about any model-specific requirements.

Are you using Copy/Paste to transfer the license key string from My Purchases -> Orders on this web site to the License Validation dialog in BYE? The vast majority of license validation failures are caused by typing errors when users try to manually type the license key into the validation dialog. The letter O can be confused with the number 0 and the letter l can be confused with the number 1. Some folks have also purchased a BYE license and have tried to use it with BYN. That won't work either.

There is no "Classic" download or "Premium" download. You simply download and install the most recent release of BYE and apply your purchased key to permanently activate the purchased features.

Also rather than saying "it won't work" it is more useful to give us details about what steps you are performing, what you expect, and what you see. We are not looking over your shoulder and only know what you tell us. The more detail you can provide the better the picture we have of what is happening and the more on target our suggestions for getting past it.

Thanks for quick response team., I purchased BYE 3.1 [OTL -BYE C] from the store. I originally downloaded the trial software which was also 3.1... I could never get passed the key login with the trial key that was in my order. It said not found. so I just went ahead and purchased the paid version 3.1. to see if that would work with that key that was given in my order. That says the same thing... not found. . I am going to be using a canon T6 on a windows 8 computer. I greatly appreciate your help.

So scroll to the top of this page and click on My Purchases and Orders to find any keys that you got from the store. According to what you said, you should see a Trial key and a Classic key. Swipe across the license key and right click on Copy to copy it to the Windows Clipboard. Then bring up BYE and its license validation dialog. Right-click on the license key textbox and and select Paste.  You should see the entire license key in the text box. Enter your username "llandry30" in the Identifier field and click OK. That is all there is to license validation.

Good morning team,  I uninstalled all copys of BYE on my computer. I went to orders and then to purchase. I clicked the download link. It brings me to BYE 3.2.2 ....I downloaded and opened to run. The key screen loggin pops up. I copy and paste the keyed. It still says not found. I noticed my purchase copy says 3.1. Could that be the issue? Am i using the right key for the right version. Am i downloading the wrong version?
