The Premium edition will not replace the trial edition when I download it from the store . Not sure what to do as the trial edition keeps loading up on my windows 8 computer

There is nothing to replace/download.

 

You never entered your purchase key in BYE so it is still running with the trial key.

 

Start BYE and click the ' i ' icon in the upper right corner, enter your purchase key there.

If you have a permanent license key for BYE Premium then, as long as they are both version 3.1, you can apply the license key that you purchased (find it in the 'my client area' of this group) to your trial version to convert the trial license into a permanent license.
