Problem With License Key

On a Win 7/64 desktop

Successfully downloading version 3.1.2. Started app and got license verification window. Copied and pasted character string from version 3.0.0. Entered user name. got error ding. Tried several times and all ways I could think of.

What am I doing wrong?

BYE 3,1.x requires a different license.  You should be able to get that license key by clicking on the "my client area" of this forum.  There you should find a much shorter (one-line) license key to activate a non-expiring license for 3.1.2.

Hi Ned,

 

You converted your 3.0.x key to 3.1.x on January 21st, 2015.

 

Your 3.1.x key is in your client area on this site, the " my client area " is in the upper right corner of this site.  Click it and your 3.1.x key is there.  You need to use that key with 3.1.2.
