Almost all Connection Issues are related to the USB Port(s), the USB Cable(s), or the USB Hub(s) involved in the connection between your Laptop and your Camera.

And of these - overly long cables or poor quality cables are the prime suspects.

 

Please ensure that you have checked these for potential issues.  Try shorter Cables, and different USB Ports...

No I can not plug the camera back on even if restart my computer.

This is odd, it runs for 30 minutes, then disconnect, then won't reconnect even after a restart?

 

Looks like Windows (or something) is messing the the Camera driver.

 

Do you have a card in your camera?  If yes remove it.  Does it work then?
