downloading the software

I purchased a copy of the $35 classic version.   I have my product key, but at no time doe it ask for it.  I can download the file and install it but it gives an error while starting up.  

 

I'm using windows 7 on a Dell laptop.  

 

Is there a thread that goes through the process of downloading and installing the program?

Download the installer and execute it. If the installer is corrupt then it will not launch. If it launches, but BYE won't run after the installer is complete then it is likely an issue with your Windows PC. Try re-installing BYE, without downloading a new version of the installer, into a different folder, to see if that makes any difference.

BYE won't open after installing it..  I will try to reinstall it again though.

In you first post you said you got an error, what is the exact error message you get?

What exactly do you mean by "BYE won't open after installing it."?

Do you mean that you launch BYE from the Windows Start menu or a desktop shortcut, but you never see a window? If not, please describe what you do see.
