Time delay starting to occur when loading BYEOS

I have been using BYEOS premium for a while and love it. 

Recently it has taken upto 5 minutes to fully load when the icon is 'clicked',

The last two times it requests my validation code before loading. Once loaded it works seamlessly. Can you advise what the issue may be and any recommendation as to action I should take. Again,  once loaded it works fine.

Make sure that you are using the latest release and ALWAYS provide your BYE version number and your camera model when posting an issue.

Is your PC short of free memory? Windows could be swapping out other applications in order to give enough memory to BYE.

That has been fixed a while back.  Download the latest and that should do the trick. Keep us posted.
