cant use the upgrade coupon

I own the classic edition of bye and today I was going to upgrade to premium. I tried to use the coupon for discount but it says I have already used it.

I can see in my account , that i have entered the code in the past but did not go through with the purchase and the order has expired. Is it possible to reset this so i can get the discount on an upgrade.

If the Premium license is visible in My Purchases | Orders, at the top of this page, when you are logged in with the same account that was used to purchase your Classic and Premium licenses, then just Copy the license key into the Windows Clipboard (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the license validation dialog (Ctrl+V) to activate your Premium license.

That is because you used your upgrade coupon on September 21, 2019.... but you never paid that invoice. 

No worries though, I've re-issued that old unpaid invoice (where the coupon had already been applied), and if you go in your orders you should see the invoice for $20 now.
