Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the Backyard EOS Download link. Your existing license will continue to work with the new version.

Download and use the same key. Your key is available 24/7 here on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".

I downloaded the 3.2.2. What I got is the Classic edition & not the Premium edition which I had for the 3.1.17. I was looking for the plate solving capability, which dosent seem to be there in the Classic.

How do I get the premium?

Hi, you purchased the Classic Edition in 2013, I have no record of you purchasing the Premium Edition using the account "asdg". Do you have more than one account?

Hi,

I bought the Premium edition on May 18 2019 . The order nr  is 39571. It shows "Expired". Does that mean I have to buy the software again?

This is not a purchase... you added it in your cart, and you never completed the transaction.  All unpaid invoices are set to expire if unpaid after 7 days.

So how do I purchase this? The Store is offering only 3.1 for sale

Add to your cart and proceed to checkout.  Don't worry about the 3.1 in the store.... your key will work with 3.2. I had to leave 3.1 in the store description for backward compatibility

I don't think that you want to purchase the Premium license. You want to upgrade your Classic License to a Premium license. It is a lower cost option.

Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the Upgrade Instructions link then select the link as bellow:

How-to upgrade from BackyardEOS 3.1.x Classic Edition to BackyardEOS 3.1.x Premium Edition?

Follow those instructions:

Then Start version 3.1.x or later, click on the padlock icon at the right end of the title bar, and enter the new license key, and identifier (your username) into the validation dialog. You get the license key from the My Purchases | Orders menu at the top of the web page.

Be sure to use Copy and Paste to transfer the license key from the web site to BYE to be sure that there are no typos.

I just bought the Premium edition for $50 & got the order confirmation. I deinstalled the BYE on my computer and downloaded the 3.2.2 & installed this. But now when I open this it still opens the Classic without asking for the new licence key. I will try out the suggestion from Astroman (thank you)  and see what happens.

Looks like I have to pay another $15 for the upgrade. Can you please  cancel the $50 purchase? Thanks

It still shows as Classic because you never added your premium key on your local installation

1. Start BYE Classic,
2. Click the padlock icon in the upper-right corner,
3. Enter your new Premium key there as shown here on the website under "My Purchases -> Order".
4. Restart BYE
