bye premium doesn't work.

Hi, after few photos backyard eos (premium) crash saying "BinaryRivers.BackyardEOS.Start doesn't work". What can I do? Thanks,

We are not looking over your shoulder, so we only know what you tell us. Please provide as much information as you can. The following information is important to start:

• What model camera
• What version of BYE
• What version of Windows
• Provide a log file from a session that crashed
• Any error messages that are displayed when it crashes.
• What you have tried to solve the issue

Please make sure your Windows (including .net) is up to date.

Then re-install BYE... these are usually environmental and a re-install will often fix them.  A reboot might help too.
