Moved need access to download software

My old address was griz@nctv.com Quit doing astro for awhile now I want to get my set up back up and running so need to download the software. New address is griz11@twc.com. How do I go about doing this?

Login to your old account with your old email, then proceed to "account settings" and change your email address.

It is unfortunate that you made your username be your email address. You can change your email address, but you cannot change your username.
