Hi I have downloaded the free trial Of Backyard EOS ..I have an activation key..when I enter this to validate I am get an error saying that I need Internet access to validate this????? I must have internet to have downloaded this in the first place ?,,,Thanks in advance pete

Trial keys require internet access at every application start up.

Make sure you download the latest version.  I have no clue which version you downloaded, you did not say (all 3 numbers)

Lastly, if you have internet access, and the latest version, and you still get this error your anti-virus is probably blocking the call to the server.  Disable your anti-virus momentarily for the validation to occur, or better yet, whitelist www.otelescope.com

REALLY, you post your software key on a public forum!!!   NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!

I have a zero tolerance policy for anyone that shares their key on a public forum.... they get banned for life.  You were lucky that that your first few posts here on the forum require a moderator to approve the posts.... this allowed me to remove your key from the public forum.

What is your anti-virus software?

The info you provided above does not help at all.... I need the FULL VERSION number of the actual version you downloaded and installed, not a print screen of your software key / version.

Hi again ..sorry if I broke any rules (I am new to all this stuff ,,,Never posted on a forum before)..the info I have from the downloaded application is ..setup-BackyardEOS_v-313...I hope this is what you need ..My anti Virus is Avira .....Many thanks and sorry once more Pete...... P.S I downloaded this a few hours ago so it must be the latest version?

Posting your key was not a good thing to do. Look at the red colored banner at the top of this page!!!

If disabling your Anti-virus software does not work and you are using a VPN, try disconnecting it.

That is NOT the latest version.

Please download the later version and try again.
