missing paid invoice

hi having used trial software i decided to upgrade and purchased a license on 30th march 2020 via paypal  inv id 0c6008c9de2d97a3297c5d8faa3a8bf1-21607

at the end of last year my laptop disc failed and now i find that i dont have the payment showing   in my orders...

i was looking to upgrade but cannot get upgrade price.... 

please advise .....

If your purchased license does not show up, it is likely because you used a different username/account to purchase the license. You need to remember your original login information.

As mentioned above, you need to log in with the account you used to purchase.  All invoices are online, and I can guarantee no invoices are missing since the inception of the new website in 2015.

You did not purchase with your  "rogerdodger" and I can confirm this 100%.
