hi having used trial software i decided to upgrade and purchased a license on 30th march 2020 via paypal inv id 0c6008c9de2d97a3297c5d8faa3a8bf1-21607
at the end of last year my laptop disc failed and now i find that i dont have the payment showing in my orders...
i was looking to upgrade but cannot get upgrade price....
please advise .....

As mentioned above, you need to log in with the account you used to purchase. All invoices are online, and I can guarantee no invoices are missing since the inception of the new website in 2015.
