Reformat the manual

I downloaded the manual and it’s around 240 pages. Each page just has a paragraph or two. Has anyone been able to reformat it so it’s less cumbersome?

The target state for the manual is the CHM format.  The PDF in included as a convenience and is a by-product of the searchable CHM file.

When I look at the the PDF that is installed with BYE, it appears to be reasonably formatted. Some pages are full of content while others are not. It is 127 pages long in Acrobat Reader.
