Upgrade to Premium failure

Question

Looks like I got charged twice ?  Paid to upgrade to premium but it never asks for the key and keeps loading classic.  Went to shop and put premium into the cart entered the premium purchase code and it charged me another $50.00 !!!!

Too bad that you paid for 2 upgrades. That is up to the admins to give you their policy.

When you start BYE or BYN it does not ask for a key as long as it has a valid key. You can either wait until your Trial key expires or simply replace the Trial key with your Premium key, without the software asking you to do so. Copy the Rremium key to your Clipboard from My Purchases | Orders at the top of this page and paste it into the BYE or BYN license validation dialog to begin using the permanent license key.

Hi Mark,

It was not an upgrade failure... you did the upgrade a few weeks ago, and you can only use an upgrade coupon once.  When you purchased again yesterday you purchased the full version outright.

According to the server log, you were not charged twice, but you rather purchased twice + one upgrade.

We do not save credit card information and for this reason, it is impossible for the system to charge twice for the same transaction.

On February 27, you purchased the classic edition for $35, on March 1, you upgraded to the premium edition using the upgrade coupon for $20, and on March 17 you purchased the premium again for $50.
