You just did by posting here.  The forum is the only support medium for BackyardEOS.

You need to add BackyardEOS Trial edition in your cart and proceed to checkout to get your free trial key.  Your key will be issued instantly and will be available 24/7 under "My Purchases -> Orders".

No won't work because I have done it previously although I never got round to trying it out it wont let me do it again. I am asking them for another key.

Your Trial license should still be available under My Purchases | Orders on this web site (you must be logged in under the same username that you used to get the original Trial. If the Trial is expired, you need to make your request for an additional free 30-day Trial license in the BYE Forum to get the attention of the Admins.

I just saw you CREATED a second account and requested a second trial.  THIS IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL GET YOU BANNED FOR LIFE.

Your saving grace is that you posted here *before* doing so.

If you create another account the system will ban you automatically.  Once your new trial you just got using the other account expires you will need to purchase.  I have a zero tolerance policy for those that create multiple accounts and request multiple trials.

Usually people take advantage of the free Trail to try BYE before they buy it. There are no refunds if you cannot make it work.

Scroll to the top of this page and click on the Downloads menu item (in the blue menu bar).

Please next time you need to ask a question create a new post rather than asking a different question on an existing post.

Top menu "My Purchases -> Orders".

You need to be logged in with the account you purchased.  Since you now have 2 accounts make sure you use the right one.

Everything is here on the website available 24/7.

Download from the download menu from the top blue menu here on the website, 24/7.

Your key is available from the "My Purchases -> Orders" menu from the top blue menu here on the website, 24/7.
