Please provide more information...

1) Which version of BYN? the full version number is always necessary

2) Are you shooting a BULB exposure with an external serial cable? Which brand? If from Shoestring Astronomy, does the cable pass testing from their test program?

3) If the answer to 2) is No, what do you mean by "when I shot an image (from remote controller)"? How are you triggering the start of the image? If you are using BYN, you should only use BYN to start the exposure!

4) What do you mean by "the software crash"? Is an error displayed? Does the BYN window just disappear? Some other error indication? Please describe in more detail.

We are not looking over your shoulder and only know what you tell us. Please be as complete and specific as possible.

If you cannot recover a log file that shows the "crash" then follow the same steps to recreate the same issue and submit that log file.

Thank you!
