License will not validate with current identifier

Im using purchased EOS 3.1  dated january 2017, I logged into my account on the home page easily and tried to locate the version listed in "My Purchases"  with no luck.   I attempted a version close to that date but the license number and identifier were rejected.  I downloaded the current version again licence did not validate. 

What steps would be needed to resolve the download issue?  

My camera is Canon XS and was easily controlled by EOS for the 2017 eclipse by old HP laptop, window 7   Im looking to add EOS to current laptop with Window 7 for camera control.

Rather than referring to BackyardEOS as "EOS" you should refer to it as "BYE".

When you purchase a license for BYE 3.1.x or 3.2.x that same license will work for any version of BYE after 3.1.0. When a new version of BYE is released you do not need to get a new license, either paid or free, unless specifically directed by the admins on this web site.

So if you have a single-line BYE 3.1 license key it is good for any version of the software after 3.1.0. The key is NOT locked to a specific release of BYE.

Do not post any license key anywhere in this forum. That is grounds from being banned from the site and your license key being invalidated!

If you do not see previous a previous Trial license key or a purchased Classic or Premium license key under My Purchases on this web site, then it is likely that the account that you logged in with is a different account from what you used when you previously purchased a paid, permanent, key.

My advice is to wait for Guylain to do some research and tell you what your old username is/was. DO NOT get a new Trial license with this new account. That is grounds for being banned from the site as a violation of the end user license agreement.

You only have a trial key under that account from 2017, no purchases.  If you did indeed purchase you need to log in with the account you purchased with to see your purchases.
