Old version update

You probably get this question a lot, but I am having trouble making your suggested solution work.

I purchased BYE in 2013 and recently tried to update it. I have a 25-digit key code, and your suggestion is that I look into my account and find my new 30-digit code. I know my user email from the time, but have lost my password. Is there a way for me to retrieve my account password, or do I have to re-purchase BYE to update?

If you  know your username but cannot remember your password, just click on the "Forgot my password" link on the sign in pop up window.
