White Balancing CDS600 Camera

sctchun

Question

Hi Guylain,

I noticed that you have a CDS600 camera.  How did you create white balancing for that camera since it has been modified to full spectrum?  I was trying to create a gray card source image, but all my images came out blown out, even at 1/4000 shutter.

Thanks!

Steven

Steven,

Please remember that when using Calibration and Stacking Processes on RAW CR2 files, that the Balancing of the 3 RGB Histograms produces the same effect as White Balancing on a "standard" RAW when "Developed" to JPG or TIFF (In-Camera or in an Image Processing App).  The RAW file itself is never Edited by BYE or an Image Processing App.
