lost my code key

i recently bought a premium backyaedeos installed it on my laptop then the laptop died a smokey death , replaced my laptop but now i dont have the licience key anymore. how do i recover it since the contact us emails dont get monitored or answered, or am i out the money i paid less than a month ago

If you are logged onto this site with the same username that you used when you purchased the license, then scroll to the top of this page and click on My Purchases to see your licenses. Then copy and paste the permanent, paid, license into the validation dialog of BYE.

No really possible since keys purchased from 2015 onward are stored here on the website available 24/7.

Go to "Purchases -> Orders" and just like magic your key is there
