Wait? What?

The direct does not say this at all when upgrading from classic to premium.  Please read again, you have everything you need to upgrade.

Select the last option... the coupon is there :)

This is frustrating. The directions say to:

What do I do?

  1. Sign-in or create an account if not already done.
  2. Send us your complete 18-line version 1.x or 2.x license key. Contact Us.
  3. We will send you a coupon code, this may take up to 24 hours.
  4. Go to our store and add BackyardEOS Classic Edition in your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your coupon code on the checkout page.
  6. Your new activation key will be issued ONLINE immediately once the transaction is complete.
  7. Download, install, enjoy!

Line two says to send the complete 18-line version of the license key and suggests "Contact Us," but the "Contact Us" option is not monitored and is virtually a dead end.

The instructions above ARE for someone that is upgrading from 1.x or 2.x   <=== this is not your case.

You already have a 3.1 Classic Edition. 

You need to select the LAST OPTION (as per my previous post) ==>  How-to upgrade from BackyardEOS 3.1.x Classic Edition to BackyardEOS 3.1.x Premium Edition?  <==
