I agree with Guylain, but if you want to try/prove the feature, you can activate via a checkbox in the Image Capture area of the Settings dialog.

Virtually all image processing applications can create TIFF image files. Most astro image processing programs would debayer the RAW files and save them as FITS. They would also support conversion of the debayered image to uncompressed TIFF. My point is that it is better to do the TIFF conversion during post processing rather than at capture time. But perhaps your workflow is different.

Also, be aware that up until now (BYE 3.2.0)  CR3 raw image files cannot be converted to TIFF files by BYE or BYN. This will only work if your Canon RAW file has a CR2  file extension. It is an effect of BYE using DCRAW as a conversion tool. DCRAW has not been updated in some time and does not support the newer CR3 image format.
