I am missing some digits from my license number. The program is asking for 6 sets of numbers and I only have 5 sets.

First, it very important for you to know that it would have bad consequences for you to post your license key on this, or any other, public forum.

Since 2015 an O'Telescope software license has been a one line alphanumeric string with 6 parts. Prior to 2015 it was a multi-line string.

If you attempting to apply the old multi-line license key to BYE 3.1 or later, you need to follow the Upgrade instructions in the footer at the bottom of this page to get a free new license key for version 3.1 and later.

Hi Gary, you are not missing any sets.

You have the latest and greatest key here on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".  That key *HAS* 6 sets.

That key *is* a 3.1/3.2 key.

Make sure you download one these versions.... I would recommend the latest 3.2.0.
