I have downloaded the trial to test with my new canon m200.. got it working, and over wifi. My question is this is in the pre-release. If I purchase and upgrade to the premium, will it be in there?

What does that mean "is this in the pre-release"?  

What version are you currently using?  If your M200 is connecting it is the pre-release.  I'm confused.

Keys will work with 3.1/3.2 released version and pre-releases as well.

BYE 3.2.0 pre-release is the version. Premium is the license. You can apply a purchased license to any version of BYE from 3.1.0 onward.

So when you buy a Premium license you simply apply the new license over top of the old license (via the Padlock button at the top right of the BYE main window). There is absolutely no need to download or install a new copy of the software.
