I miss place my License #. I have written BYE but is there a way on can get it from a computer that I installed it on already?

Older licences were provided to you to maintain. It was your responsibility to safeguard them. This license was the multi-line license. If you lost it you would need to purchase a new license. That changed a few years ago.

Now your license key is maintained by O'Telescope and is available to you once you log onto this web site with the user ID that you used when you purchased or upgraded your license to the new license format. Just scroll to the top of this page and click on the My Purchases tab to see your license key(s).

If you have the older multi-line license you can use the link to "Upgrade instructions" at the bottom of this page to use your old license to get a new license, at no cost.

In any case, never, ever post your license key (either the old key or the new key) to this public forum.

You can't really misplace a license purchased after January 2015 because they are always available here on the website 24/7 under "My Purchases -> Orders".

Check there, your key is there.
