BYE Won't connect to my canon 2000d.

You need to disable WiFi in the camera and connect via a known good USB cable.

Sure, but without any specific we can't help you.  You didn't even mention the version of BYE you are trying. The devil is in the detail.

my version is 3.2 on windows 64 bit. I am currently using the trial edition.
